NESAPH - SAN PEDRO CALUNGSOD CHAPTER OFFICERS
Officers for the Term 2025-2028
The Chapter President of a National Eagle Scouts Association of the Philippines (NESAPH) Local Chapter serves as the chief executive officer, providing leadership, vision, and direction for the chapter’s programs and initiatives. They are responsible for presiding over meetings, overseeing the planning and execution of activities, fostering fellowship among Eagle Scouts, and upholding the values of Scouting. The President represents the chapter in national and regional affairs, builds partnerships with stakeholders, and ensures that the chapter remains aligned with the goals of NESAPH and the ideals of the Scout Oath and Law.
The Chapter President is Ken Isaac Boltiador, TOBS 2021. Boltiador will serve for the term 2025-2028, with an emphasis on excellence, leadership, and service.
The President's priorities for the term are laid out in his seven-point agenda, by which will ensure better Scouting for Cebu.

The Chapter has two Vice Presidents: an Internal and External Vice President. The Vice President - Internal leads the Administrative Division, the division of officers that covers the internal functions of the Chapter. The Vice President - External leads the Operations Division, that focuses on Chapter operations and external partnerships.

The Learning Committee facilitates the learning experiences of members and beneficiaries. The Committee organizes webinars, training sessions, and learning activities for Scouts. The Learning Committee also manages The Excellence Center.

The Ways and Means Committee is the entrepreneurial arm of the Chapter, in charge of generating income streams to fund the Chapter's projects. The Committee is also in charge of reaching out to sponsors.
